混凝土分配阀的型式为闸板阀的混凝土输送泵,其吸粗料能力比较强（级配碎石粒度可达 50 mm）,所以应用较广。但由于使用和保养情况的不同,闸板阀的寿命有很大的差异,有的泵虽已泵送了 20 000 m3 的混凝土,但还能正常使用,而有的泵只泵送 1000 m3 混凝土就得更换闸板,甚至要更换整个闸板阀。根据我们的经验,为了延长闸板阀的使用寿命,应当注意以下几点。
