香菇营养液的工艺研究

香菇不但营养丰富,而且还含有很多药用成分,对某些疾病有预防和治疗效果。近年来,国内外以香菇为原料制成的各种保健食品相继上市,因此香菇已成为食品工业的重要资源。本研究改变了香菇传统的食品加工方法,设计出一个用香菇固体培养物制造营养液的生产工艺,其产品的营养价值可与鲜菇相媲美,还具有生产周期短、成本低、得率高等特点。 Mushrooms not only nutritious, but also contains many medicinal ingredients, prevention and treatment of certain diseases effect.
