目的研究芦荟胶囊的润肠通便作用。方法采用复方地芬诺酯对小鼠造成便秘模型,分别经口给予333,667,1000mg/kg.BW三个剂量组的芦荟胶囊内容物,按20ml/kg.BW每天灌胃一次,连续给予14天,观察对小鼠体重、小肠运动和排便的影响。结果与模型组比较芦荟胶囊低、中、高剂量组的墨汁推进率有显著升高(P<0.01、P<0.05、P<0.01);高剂量组首粒排黑便时间有显著缩短(P<0.05),中、高剂量组6h内排粪便粒数显著增加(P<0.05),中、高剂量组6h排粪便重量显著增加(P<0.05)。“,” Purpose: researching the bowel relaxing effect of the aloe capsules. Method: establishing a mouse constipation model by using compound diphenoxylate; oral y medicating the content of the aloe capsules into three dose groups of 333, 667 and 1,000 mg/kg.BW respectively; performing intragastric administration for one time per day according to the dose of 20 ml/kg.BW; continuously medicating for 14 days; and observing the influence on the weight, the smal intestine movement and the defecation of the mice.Result: compared with the model group, the ink propulsion rate of low-dose, medium-dose and high-dose groups of the aloe capsules is obviously increased (P<0.01, P<0.05, P<0.01), the defecation time of the first grain of melena in the high-dose group is obviously shortened (P<0.05), the grain number of excrement within 6 hours in the medium-dose group and the high-dose group is obviously increased (P<0.05), and the weight of the excrement within 6 hours in the medium-dose group and the high-dose group is obviously increased (P<0.05).
