某火电厂1台新安装330MW机组在试运行期间主蒸汽管焊接接头出现裂纹并穿透近90mm的壁厚发生泄漏。泄漏焊缝位于堵阀和高过联箱导管大小头连接处(如图1所示)。堵阀侧外径(不含倒角部分)570mm,内径371.7mm,壁厚99.2mm;大小头侧外径541.1mm,内径371.7mm,壁厚84.7mm。堵阀材料为ZG15Cr1Mo1V,大小头材料为12Cr1MoV。采用双人对焊,氩弧焊打底,手工电弧焊盖面,多层多道焊。焊丝材料规格TIG-R31,φ2.5mm,焊条材料R317
A newly installed 330MW unit of a thermal power plant during the trial operation cracks in the main steam pipe welded joints and leak through the wall thickness of nearly 90mm. Leakage welds are located at the plug valve and at the junction of the head of the manifold above the header (Figure 1). Plug valve side outer diameter (excluding chamfered part) 570mm, inner diameter 371.7mm, wall thickness 99.2mm; size head side outer diameter 541.1mm, inner diameter 371.7mm, wall thickness 84.7mm. Plugging valve material is ZG15Cr1Mo1V, the size of the first material is 12Cr1MoV. Using double butt welding, argon arc welding backing, manual arc welding cover, multi-layer multi-track welding. Wire material specifications TIG-R31, φ2.5mm, electrode material R317
