利用对峙培养和酯酶同工酶电泳方法,对2个不同山林以及不同枯木上生长的32个香菇菌株进行分析,结果表明,同一枯木上生长的香菇菌株之间出现颉颃。在相似系数0.177水平上,两个不同山体的香菇菌株分别聚为不同类群。同一枯木上生长的香菇菌株并没有都聚为一个类群,同一枯木上生长的香菇菌株在遗传上存在较大差异,相似系数在0.143~0.875。同一枯木上生长的香菇,可能不是来自同一子实体的后代。
By confrontation culture and esterase isoenzyme electrophoresis, we analyzed 32 mushroom strains grown on two different forests and on different dead woods. The results showed that there was antagonism between the mushroom strains growing on the same dead wood. At the similarity coefficient of 0.177, two different strains of Lentinula edodes were clustered into different groups. Lentinus edodes strains grown on the same dead wood did not all clustered into one group. The strains of Lentinula edodes grown on the same dead wood had a large genetic difference, with similar coefficients ranging from 0.143 to 0.875. Mushrooms growing on the same dead wood may not come from the descendants of the same sub-entity.
