目的 探讨早期发现小儿听力障碍的筛查方法。方法 采用诱发畸变耳声发射法 (DPOAE)对 4996例新生儿进行听力筛查 ,连续监测异常者 ,最后由脑干听觉诱发电位 (ABR)确诊。结果 DPOAE法筛查阳性 36例(0 72 % )经ABR确诊 10例听觉障碍 ,其中单耳聋 4例 ,双耳聋 6例 ;轻度听觉障碍 1例 ,中度 4例 ,重度 5例。结论 DPOAE测试法适合于新生儿听力筛查 ,是可靠、有效、快速、简便的好方法 ;新生儿科工作者必须重视小儿听力筛查 ,早期干预 ,以达聋而不哑。
Objective To explore screening methods for early detection of hearing impairment in children. Methods Four hundred and ninety-six newborn infants were subjected to audiometric screening using induced evoked otoacoustic emissions (DPOAE), and the abnormalities were monitored continuously. Finally, the brainstem auditory evoked potential (ABR) was diagnosed. Results The DPOAE method was positive in 36 cases (0 72%). There were 10 cases of hearing loss diagnosed by ABR, including 4 cases of single deafness, 6 cases of deafness of the ears, 1 case of mild hearing impairment, 4 cases of moderate hearing loss and 5 cases of severe deafness. Conclusion The DPOAE test is suitable for neonatal hearing screening and is a reliable, effective, rapid and simple method. Neonatology workers must pay attention to hearing screening and early intervention in children so as to deaf and not dumb.
