信息获取技术是紫外探测技术中的关键组成部分之一,以上海技术物理研究所研制出的512元GaN基紫外线列阵探测器为核心,在深入分析其工作原理及特点的基础上,研究了对应的信息获取原理与方法,并完成了信息获取系统的设计与实现。实验结果表明:提出的针对该款探测器的信息获取技术合理有效,简洁易行,信息获取系统满足探测器的工作要求,与探测器匹配良好,获取了有效的探测器输出信号。该技术同时亦可以作为同类型线列阵(如可见、红外)探测技术的参考。
Information acquisition technology is one of the key components of UV detection technology. Based on the 512-element GaN-based UV array detector developed by Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics, based on the analysis of its working principle and characteristics, Corresponding information acquisition principles and methods, and completed the design and implementation of information acquisition system. The experimental results show that the proposed information acquisition technology for this detector is reasonable and effective, concise and easy to use, the information acquisition system meets the requirements of the detector, matches well with the detector and obtains an effective detector output signal. The technology also serves as a reference for the same type of line array (eg, visible, infrared) detection technology.
