多效唑对爆裂型玉米(沪爆1号)萌发出苗率影响较大。用浓度增大,萌发出苗率显著下降;50~100mg/L浸种处理可显著提高幼苗根系长度、根冠比及α-淀粉酶和α+β淀粉酶活性。对过氧化物酶活性有显著抑制作用。100~300mg/L青霉素浸种处理对爆裂型玉米前发出苗率、根系生长等有一定的促进作用;并可显著提高α-淀粉酸及α+β-淀粉酶活性,但对过氧化物酶活性无显著影响.
Paclobutrazol on populous corn (Shanghai explosion No. 1) germination rate of emergence of a greater impact. With the increase of concentration, the germination rate of germination decreased significantly. Soaking 50 ~ 100 mg / L seedling could significantly increase root length, ratio of root to shoot and the activity of α-amylase and α + β amylase. Peroxidase activity was significantly inhibited. The soaking treatment with 100 ~ 300mg / L penicillin could promote seedling rate and root growth before popcorn. The activity of α-amylase and α + β-amylase was also increased significantly, but there was no significant difference in peroxidase activity influences.
