电力企业的员工职业生涯周期管理是电力企业人力资源管理的重要手段,电力企业员工职业生涯管理能够有效促进电力企业的人才培养和选人用人工作,进一步优化电力企业的人力资源配置,在帮助员工制定个人职业生涯规划的同时,创造出人尽其才环境,进而打造出一支优秀、高效的电力企业团队,实现企业发展目标。本文就对电力企业员工职业生涯管理问题进行研究。
