新型纳米喷涂保温材料在海上石油装置的首次应用

文昌油田群海洋石油116油轮在经历“威马逊”台风袭击之后,热介质膨胀罐等罐体保温被全部吹落。南海区域台风频发,传统岩棉保温抗台风能力差,传统保温材料容易被吹落;施工复杂、周期长,施工费用高;保温材料进水之后对罐体腐蚀严重,腐蚀的后期修复费用高。基于以上缺点,海洋石油116油轮选用了新型纳米喷涂保温材料,满足了工艺处理要求,弥补了传统保温材料的不足,在海上石油处理装置上得到了很好的应用。 Wenchang Oilfield Group Offshore Oil 116 tanker experienced “” Wilson "typhoon attacks, heat medium expansion tank and other tank insulation was blown off.
