通过对广东省五所高职院校大学生进行调查,结果发现高职学生创业意愿比较强烈,但实际的创业行动和实践不多。高职生的创业意愿在性别、年级、家庭(家族成员)成员是否有创业和拥有公司方面表现出显著差异。影响高职学生创业意愿因素包括个体特质(前瞻性人格)、创业态度、创业能力、创业知识、前期实践经历等五大方面,进一步的多元回归分析结果显示,个体特质和创业知识对高职学生的创业意愿影响最大。 Through the survey of five higher vocational college students in Guangdong Province, the result shows that the willingness to start their own business is stronger, but the actual entrepreneurial activity and practice are few. The entrepreneurial aspirations of higher vocational students showed significant differences in gender, grade, family (family member) members’ presence and ownership of the company. The factors affecting entrepreneurial desire of higher vocational students include individual traits (forward-looking personality), entrepreneurial attitude, entrepreneurial ability, entrepreneurial knowledge, previous practical experience and other five aspects. Further multiple regression analysis shows that the individual traits and entrepreneurial knowledge of higher vocational students Venture will have the greatest impact.
