足球运动是一项运动强度大且不可控因素较多的运动项,因此,如何更好的开展足球项目的运动训练,一直是活跃在体育科研第一线上学者研究的重点,本文从足球运动训练的恢复性训练角度入手,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实验法、对比分析法,把结合足球运动特点的自生训练法引入足球恢复性训练中来,并运用实验对其效果进行验证,得出在足球运动恢复性训练阶段适当加入场景暗示与默念有利于足球运动员的疲劳恢复。
