钢轨焊接接头感应正火作业车是为满足客运专线和高速铁路等高标准无缝线路建设和改造而研发的大型专用机械。文中主要介绍了整车的技术性能、总体设计、关键部件设计、设计方法及特点。试验结果表明,该车自动化程度高,提高了作业效率,保证了钢轨焊接接头正火质量的稳定性,满足铁标规定的质量要求。 Induction welding of rail welded joints is a large-scale special purpose machinery developed to meet the requirements of the construction and renovation of high-standard passenger rail lines and high-speed railway lines. The article mainly introduces the vehicle’s technical performance, overall design, key components design, design methods and features. The test results show that the car has a high degree of automation and improves the working efficiency, ensures the stability of the normal welding quality of the welded joints of the rail, and meets the quality requirements stipulated by the iron standard.
