开展文化志愿服务,是创新社会治理的有效途径,是增强现代公共文化服务的发展动力。而老年人等弱势群体作为公共文化服务的重点对象,对他们实施信息援助,开展文化志愿服务具有很强的现实意义。本文在厘清“信息弱势群体”及“文化志愿服务”内涵的基础上,对公共图书馆开展文化志愿服务的可行性进行了分析,并探索了提高文化志愿服务水平的措施。 Carrying out cultural volunteer service is an effective way to innovate social governance and a driving force for enhancing the development of modern public cultural services. As the key target of public cultural services, disadvantaged groups such as the elderly have great practical significance in carrying out information assistance and carrying out cultural volunteer service for them. On the basis of clarifying the connotation of “information vulnerable group” and “cultural volunteer service”, this article analyzes the feasibility of carrying out cultural volunteer service in public libraries and explores measures to improve the level of cultural volunteer service.
