为探讨Weibull模型在拟合细菌非线性失活曲线的可行性,不同试验条件下的生孢梭菌孢子从10~(10)CFU·mL~(-1)下降至10~5CFU·mL~1的热失活曲线用Weibull频数模型进行了拟合(R~2>0.90).进而基于Weibull模型的次级模型数学检验结果表明,标准预测误差和平方根误差较小,准确性因子和偏差因子在可接受范围内,Weibull模型能够较好的模拟不同试验条件对生孢梭菌孢子热失活的影响,在实际产品的验证检验后,可以推广使用.
