由山东省轻工业办公室、山东省安全生产监督管理局联合制定的《山东省轻工业食品加工制造企业安全生产管理办法》已于2004年1月1日起正式执行。这是山东省首个食品企业安全生产法规。据了解,该办法是依据《安全生产法》、《山东省安全生产监督管理规定》、《食品卫生法》、《职业病防治法》等有关法律法规,结合食品行业生产实际而制定的。办法对食品制造业(包括焙烤类食品、方便食品、罐头、调味品、发酵制品、食用盐加工、糖果及蜜饯、速冻食品、营养及保健食品、食品添加剂)、饮料制造业(包括酒精、白酒、啤酒、黄酒、葡萄酒及其他酒类、碳酸饮料、瓶罐装饮用水、果菜汁、茶饮料、植物蛋白饮料)等20几个门类的食品生产企业,从生产项目设立、生产工艺规程、安全技术规程、岗位操作规程等多个方面确立了安全生产规范标准。办法还明确要求企业对有较大危险因素的场所、设施、设备须设置明显的安全警示标志,对重大危险源制定应急预案。 The Shandong Province Provincial Light Industry Office, Shandong Provincial Administration of Work Safety jointly developed “Shandong Province Light Industry Food Processing Manufacturing Safety Management Measures” was January 1, 2004 formally implemented.
