目的比较军医大学两种类别学员素质发展的不同特点,为教育管理者提供参考。方法应用已经建立的综合素质评估指标体系,对某军医大学新生连续进行3次(每隔半年1次)素质测查。采用重复测量的方差分析进行比较,类别和时间有交互效应的,再进行协方差分析。结果综合素质总分及各分项素质-思想道德素质、科学文化素质、专业素质、心理素质、身体素质、基本能力素质方面,均存在类别与时间之间的交互作用(F=24.480,6.083,16.055,17.692,11.278,60.761,27.084;P<0.05),因此进行协方差分析,无军籍学员的综合素质及各分项素质提高程度均大于战士学员(F=130.085,58.312,181.582,61.559,1321.676,64.521,158.342;P<0.05)。结论无军籍学员在校期间素质提高较明显,军医大学今后开展素质教育时要更加关注战士学员的身心素质发展。
Objective To compare the different characteristics of the quality development of the two types of students in Military Medical University and provide references for education managers. Methods Applying the established comprehensive quality assessment index system, freshmen of a military medical university were continuously tested three times (once every six months). A repeated measures of variance analysis were used to compare the categories and time interaction, and then covariance analysis. Results There was an interaction between categories and time in the total score of comprehensive quality and the quality of each item - ideological and moral quality, scientific and cultural quality, professional quality, psychological quality, physical quality and basic ability and quality (F = 24.480,6.083, 16.055,17.692,11.278,60.761,27.084; P <0.05). Therefore, covariance analysis showed that the comprehensive quality of non-military students and the quality of each sub-item were higher than that of soldiers (F = 130.085,58.312,181.582,61.559,132.176 , 64.521,158.342; P <0.05). Conclusion There is more obvious improvement in the quality of non-military students during their stay in the university. In the future, when conducting quality education in military medical universities, we should pay more attention to the physical and mental development of soldiers.
