探讨半导体激光及电针联合泛昔洛韦护理治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。将66例带状疱疹患者随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各33例。对照组给予伐昔洛韦治疗;实验组在对照组治疗的基础上联用半导体激光及电针治疗,两组采取相同的护理干预。观察两组患者止疱时间、结痂时间及脱痂时间和治疗前后疼痛情况及临床疗效。治疗2个疗程后,实验组总有效率为100.0%,优于对照组的72.7%(P<0.01);随访3个月实验组未见后遗神经痛;实验组止疱、结痂及脱痂时间均短于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后两组患者疼痛评分均有明显下降(P<0.01),实验组下降幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.01)。半导体激光及电针联合泛昔洛韦护理治疗带状疱疹,能迅速改善临床症状,促进皮损修复,避免后遗神经痛发生,值得临床推广。
To investigate the clinical efficacy of semiconductor laser and electroacupuncture combined with famciclovir in the treatment of shingles. 66 cases of shingles were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 33 cases in each group. The control group was treated with valacyclovir. The experimental group was treated with semiconductor laser and electroacupuncture on the basis of the control group, and the same nursing intervention was taken in both groups. The blistering time, scabbing time, scabbling time and the pain before and after treatment were observed in both groups and their clinical effects were observed. After 2 courses of treatment, the total effective rate in the experimental group was 100.0%, which was better than that in the control group (72.7%, P <0.01); no post-nociceptive neuralgia was observed in the experimental group at 3 months of follow-up; The scab time was shorter than that of the control group (P <0.01). After treatment, the scores of pain in both groups were significantly decreased (P <0.01), and the decrease in the experimental group was significantly greater than that in the control group (P <0.01). Semiconductor laser and electro-acupuncture combined with famciclovir treatment of herpes zoster, can quickly improve clinical symptoms, promote skin lesions repair, to avoid the occurrence of post-natal neuralgia, is worth clinical promotion.
