焊点形状对TC4钛合金激光点焊力学性能的影响

设计了四种不同形状的焊点并进行TC4钛合金搭接接头激光非穿透焊工艺试验。研究了不同焊点的抗剪性能差异,分析了典型焊点的断裂行为及其原因。结果表明,焊点的抗剪载荷与熔合面面积有关;双排断续焊点在同等的熔合面面积下具有最大的抗剪载荷;焊点的断裂方式有界面断裂和横截面断裂两种;相对于双排断续焊点,C形焊点焊后残余应力的存在使得端点处应力集中进而降低了接头静载性能。 Four different shapes of solder joints were designed and the laser non-penetration welding test of TC4 titanium alloy lap joint was carried out. The differences of shear properties of different solder joints are studied, and the fracture behavior of typical solder joints and their causes are analyzed. The results show that the shear resistance of the joint is related to the area of ​​the fusion surface. The double row discontinuous joint has the maximum shear strength under the same fusion area. The fracture modes of the joint are interfacial fracture and cross-sectional fracture. Compared with the double-row discontinuous solder joint, the residual stress of C-shaped solder joint after welding makes the stress concentration at the end point and thus reduces the static load performance of the joint.
