在社会网络视角下,企业内部隐性知识共享的效率受员工知识量和知识共享意愿两个因素的影响。在企业内部知识网络中,员工知识量及其知识共享意愿的相关性越显著,企业内部隐性知识共享的效率越大。本研究通过构建工作绩效指标体系对员工知识量进行量化,通过员工在知识网络中的联系强度和中心度对其共享意愿进行量化,进而计算出两个因素的相关性,从而推导出企业内部隐性知识共享效率的测度方法。
In the perspective of social network, the efficiency of tacit knowledge sharing within an enterprise is affected by two factors: the amount of employee knowledge and the willingness to share knowledge. In the internal knowledge network, the more significant the correlation between staff knowledge and knowledge-sharing intention, the more efficient the tacit knowledge sharing within the enterprise. This study quantifies the amount of employee knowledge by constructing a work performance indicator system and quantifies the willingness to share by the staff’s contact strength and center in the knowledge network to calculate the correlation between the two factors so as to derive the internal hidden Measurement of the efficiency of sexual knowledge sharing.
