某裙房及拟建超高层塔楼附近有隧道通过,该隧道在平面位置上与塔楼相邻,并从裙房下部穿越,空间关系复杂。本文采用三维弹塑性有限元方法通过围岩的位移场、应力场、塑性区分布及变化情况分析三者的相互影响程度和安全性。研究结果表明:修建裙房后开挖隧道,相互影响小,塔楼修建对隧道影响大,为确保安全,需增大塔楼与隧道两者水平距离。本文分别对7.5 m、11 m、14 m三种不同水平距离进行建模分析,得出了隧道距离塔楼的最小水平距离大于14 m,两者相互影响程度较小的结论。可为以后类似工程问题的安全性评估提供参考价值。
A tunnel and a tunnel near the podium and the proposed high-rise tower are adjacent to the tower in a plan position and pass from the lower part of the podium to a complex spatial relationship. In this paper, the three-dimensional elasto-plastic finite element method is used to analyze the mutual influence and safety of surrounding rock by the displacement field, stress field, distribution and change of plastic zone. The results show that excavation of tunnel after construction of podium has little mutual influence and the tower construction has great influence on tunnel. To ensure safety, the horizontal distance between tower and tunnel needs to be increased. In this paper, the modeling and analysis of three different horizontal distances of 7.5 m, 11 m and 14 m respectively are carried out. The conclusion is drawn that the minimum horizontal distance between the tunnel and the tower is more than 14 m, and the mutual influence is small. It can provide reference value for safety evaluation of similar engineering problems in the future.
