[病例报道]病例1：女性,53岁,“反复胸闷、心悸、头晕一周”,有子宫肌瘤手术史.癌胚抗原（CEA）、糖链抗原125 （CA125）、CA19-9均在正常范围内.腹部平扫＋增强CT显示：右侧附件区见一软组织肿块影,密度欠均匀,大小约4.2cm×2.5cm,境界可（图1C）,增强后呈轻度不均匀性强化.右侧髂静脉-下腔静脉-右心房-右心室内见软组织肿块影（图1A、1B、1D）,病变连续,平扫密度约为34～41HU,增强后动脉期密度约51～65HU,静脉期密度约42～57HU.采用分期手术行肿物切除.
