本文研究了沉淀强化型Fe—Ni—Co基低膨胀Incoloy 907合金在不同热处理条件下的组织结构变化及其力学性能的影响。结果表明,弥散分布的γ’相为合金中的主要强化相,当γ’相呈细小均匀弥散分布时,合金具有良好的综合力学性能;合金在较高温度时效或过时效时,析出针状ε相,此时合金性能恶化。
In this paper, the microstructure and properties of the precipitated Fe-Ni-Co-based low-expansion Incoloy 907 alloy under different heat treatment conditions were investigated. The results show that the dispersed phase γ ’phase is the main strengthening phase in the alloy. When the γ’ phase is finely and uniformly dispersed, the alloy has good comprehensive mechanical properties.
