本文讨论了用水泥胶结剂固化压水堆含硼废液和酸碱去污液的适用性。碱性废液的固化不存在特殊困难。加氢氧化钠或偏铝酸钠进行中和及促凝可改善含硼废液和酸性去污液与水泥的化学兼容性,缩短浆体的凝固时间。添加30%斜发沸石可增加水泥固化体的机械强度、降低浸出率和减小固化体体积。 This article discusses the applicability of cement binders for curing PWR-containing waste streams and acid-base decontamination solutions. There is no special difficulty in curing alkaline waste liquid. Adding sodium hydroxide or sodium aluminate to neutralize and procoagulant can improve the chemical compatibility of boron-containing waste liquid and acid decontamination liquid with cement, and shorten the solidification time of the slurry. Adding 30% clinoptilolite can increase the mechanical strength of the cement cured body, reduce the leaching rate and reduce the volume of the cured body.
