患者 ,女 ,2 7岁。因反复吞咽困难 11年 ,右锁骨上肿物 7个月于 2 0 0 0年 2月 2 9日入院。上消化道钡餐造影诊断为 :贲门失弛缓症。电子胃镜检查见 2 0～2 3ｃｍ食管有新生物 ,活检送病理示 :(食管 )低分化鳞状细胞癌。临床诊断 :贲门失弛缓症并发食管上段癌。2 0 0 0年 3月 1
Patient, female, 2 7 years old. Due to repeated dysphagia for 11 years, the right supraclavicular tumor was admitted to hospital on February 29, 2000. Upper gastrointestinal barium meal imaging was diagnosed as achalasia. Electronic gastroscopy examination showed that 2 0 ~ 23cm esophageal neoplasms, biopsy sent pathology showed: (esophagus) poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma. Clinical diagnosis: achalasia complicated by upper esophageal cancer. 2 March 2003 1
