上市公司社会责任评价体系是理论界和实践界广泛关注的话题。结合企业社会责任理论和利益相关者理论,运用文献分析法、逻辑推理法、专家咨询法等,构建旅游业上市公司社会责任评价指标体系;运用层次分析法确定指标权重,运用模糊综合评价法评价ABC旅游股份有限公司社会责任总体表现,并提出有针对性的对策和建议。 The social responsibility evaluation system of listed companies is a topic of widespread concern in both theorists and practitioners. This paper constructs the index system of social responsibility of listed companies in tourism industry by using the methods of literature analysis, logical reasoning and expert consultation, combining with the theories of corporate social responsibility and stakeholders, using analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of indicators and applying fuzzy comprehensive evaluation ABC Travel Co., Ltd. overall performance of social responsibility, and put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
