目的:探讨中西医结合治疗免疫性不孕(抗精子抗体阳转阴)的临床效果。方法:采用口服血府逐瘀口服液和强的松260例为实验组,采用口服强的松60例为对照组。结果:实验组治愈率为88.5%,对照组治愈率为36.7%。两组在治愈率上有显著性差异,实验组明显优于对照组。结论:口服血府逐瘀口服液联合强的松治疗后临床妊娠率显著提高。 Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of immunological infertility (anti-sperm antibody positive and negative). Methods: 260 cases of oral Xuefuzhuyu Oral Liquid and Prednisone were used as the experimental group, and 60 cases of oral prednisone were used as the control group. Results: The cure rate was 88.5% in the experimental group and 36.7% in the control group. The two groups in the cure rate was significantly different, the experimental group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion: The clinical pregnancy rate after oral administration of Xuefuzhuyu Oral Liquid combined with prednisone was significantly increased.
