基于排队论的应急自动取票机设置方法研究

通过对车站内取票排队运行状况的调查,发现排队过程中普遍存在着插队现象。针对这一现象进行深入调查,分析产生插队行为的原因以及插队现象对旅客的影响,并提出设置应急专用自动取票机的方案。该方案基于排队论理论结合对石家庄车站的现场调查数据,确定了使用于石家庄客运站的应急自动取票机数量,给定了旅客使用自动取票机的限定条件,为解决车站排队插队现象提供新的解决途径,对提高车站服务效率和乘客乘车满意度有重要意义。 Through the investigation of the queuing operation status of the ticket in the station, it is found that there is a common phenomenon of queue-jumping in the queuing process. In view of this phenomenon to conduct an in-depth investigation, analysis of the reasons for the occurrence of the cut-off behavior and the impact of the phenomenon of travelers on the queue, and set the program for emergency automatic ticket machine. Based on the queuing theory combined with the field survey data of Shijiazhuang Railway Station, the scheme determines the number of emergency automatic ticket machines used in Shijiazhuang Coach Terminal, gives the conditions for passengers to use automatic ticket machines, The new solution is of great significance to improving the efficiency of station services and passenger satisfaction.
