在现代企业制度不断完善的今天,股权激励已经成为一种重要的长期激励方式。在实践中,股权激励取得了一定成效,在一定程度上激励了企业员工,提升了企业业绩,但仍然存在诸多问题。本文采用案例分析研究方法,以金发科技为例,在股权激励相关理论基础上,对该公司股权激励的要素进行了详细分析,然后通过对金发科技股权激励前后的财务数据分析了金发科技实施股权激励方案后对企业业绩以及企业竞争力等方面的影响。同时本文也针对金发科技在实施股权激励后出现的问题提出了改善建议,为更多该行业的公司设计和实施股权激励方案提供参考。
In the continuous improvement of the modern enterprise system, equity incentive has become an important long-term incentive. Based on the theory of equity incentive, this paper analyzes the elements of the equity incentive of the company in detail.
