深小孔钻削中,钻头的拆断破损经常出现,准确、及时、简捷地对钻头的破损进行预报具有重要意义。目前国内外在这方面的研究成果颇多,预报监控技术不下数十种(见张幼桢著《金属切削原理》1988年6月航空工业出版社出版)。但这许多方法不是因为监控变量的规律性不强,影响预报的准确性而不能在实际生产中应用,就是因为技术复杂、装置成本高、对环境要求苛刻而无法在生产条件下应用。本文通过在不锈钢上振动钻削深小孔时孔口温升的实验研究,
Deep hole drilling, the drill breakage often appear, accurate, timely, simple and easy to predict the damage of the drill is of great significance. At present, there are many research achievements in this field both at home and abroad, and dozens of forecasting and monitoring technologies are available (see Zhang Youzhen’s “Principles of Metal Cutting” published by Aviation Industry Press in June 1988). However, many of these methods can not be applied in actual production because of the low regularity of the monitoring variables, the accuracy of the forecast, and the inability to apply them under the production conditions because of the technical complexity, the high cost of the apparatus, and the harsh environmental requirements. In this paper, an experimental study on the temperature rise of the orifice when drilling deep holes on the stainless steel was carried out.
