在搅拌桩复合地基设计时,搅拌桩承载力设计一般按照《建筑地基处理技术规范》(JGJ 79-91)中的经验公式计算。由于双向搅拌桩采用了全新的施工工艺,其成桩质量较好,承载力较传统搅拌桩有一定的提高,应用规范公式估算的承载力值偏于保守。通过某高速公路施工场地的CPTU(孔压静力触探)试验指标和双搅桩单桩荷载试验进行对比分析,得出了用CPTU指标估算双搅桩单桩承载力的经验公式,并通过工程实例验证了该经验公式的可靠性。
In the design of mixing pile composite foundation, the design of mixing pile bearing capacity is generally calculated according to the empirical formula in Technical Code for Construction of Foundation of Foundation (JGJ 79-91). The CPTU test index of a highway construction site and the single pile load test of double-driven pile are contrasted and analyzed, and the empirical formula for estimating the bearing capacity of double pile pile with CPTU is obtained. The engineering example verifies the reliability of this empirical formula.
