认为当前中国图书馆的发展面临着人才匮乏的瓶颈,提出当前中国图书馆人才发展思路,包括设计人才发展的阶梯和平台、将机遇与待遇相结合、借用并发展社会智力资源、培养国际化人才、建立全员培训机制等11个方面,并结合上海图书馆的案例进行具体分析。最后,指出人才问题必须通过理念创新和机制创新予以解决。
At present, the development of library in China is confronted with the bottleneck of shortage of talents. The current ideas of library development in China include the ladder and platform for designing talent development, the combination of opportunity and treatment, the exploitation and development of social intelligence resources, the cultivation of international talents , The establishment of full training mechanism and other 11 aspects, combined with the case of Shanghai Library for specific analysis.
