目的 :探讨膀胱镜下 Nd:YAG激光手术治疗膀胱复发性肿瘤的安全性和有效性。方法 :对我们1995年 6月～ 2 0 0 0年 2月期间收治的 46例膀胱复发性肿瘤患者行膀胱镜下 Nd:YAG激光手术治疗。结果 :手术全部成功 ,肿瘤切除彻底 ,术中和术后无出血、膀胱穿孔等并发症 ;术后随访 6个月～ 4年以上 ,异位复发 2例 ,复发率为 4.3%。结论 :Nd:YAG激光治疗膀胱复发性肿瘤操作简便 ,安全系数高 ,效果确切 ,并具有痛苦少、费用低、无并发症等优点 ,对年老和体质差的患者尤为适宜 ,值得推广应用
Objective: To investigate the safety and efficacy of cystoscopic Nd: YAG laser in the treatment of bladder recurrent tumors. Methods: 46 cases of bladder recurrent tumors treated in our hospital from June 1995 to February 2000 underwent cystoscopic Nd: YAG laser surgery. Results: All operations were successful, complete tumor resection, no intraoperative and postoperative bleeding, bladder perforation and other complications; postoperative follow-up of 6 months to 4 years, 2 cases of ectopic recurrence, the recurrence rate was 4.3%. Conclusion: Nd: YAG laser is a simple, safe and effective method for the treatment of bladder recurrent tumors. It has the advantages of less pain, low cost and no complications. It is especially suitable for elderly patients with poor constitution and is worth popularizing and applying
