我们曾研究发现在缩聚过程中金属钴盐、酚类抗氧剂与磷酸酯并用时,对PET热氧化有着明显的抑制作用。本研究进一步指出,这种协同效应对抑制ZnⅡ,MnⅡ,GeⅣ,SnⅣ,TiⅣ诸催化剂对PET热氧化促进作用均有良好的效果,这样就为使用这些催化剂打开了道路。本文中还讨论了协同作用的机理。
We have studied found that in the process of polycondensation metal cobalt salt, phenolic antioxidants and phosphate esters, PET thermal oxidation has a significant inhibitory effect. This study further pointed out that this synergistic effect on the inhibition of Zn Ⅱ, Mn Ⅱ, Ge Ⅳ, Sn Ⅳ, Ti Ⅳ catalysts for PET thermal oxidation have a good effect, which opened the way for the use of these catalysts. This article also discusses the mechanism of synergy.
