对氧乐果和三唑酮混合农药制剂中的氧乐果的分离、分析方法进行了研究．结果表明，在采用以适当展开剂的薄层法分离样品以后，以溴化法氧化、间接碘量法测定氧乐果有效成分含量是有效、可靠和简便的分析测定方法．该方法精密度良好，ｓ为 ０．０８３，ＲＳＤ）为 ０．３１％；对氧乐果回收率的测定结果为 ９８．９３％～１００．１４％．
The separation and analysis of omethoate in the mixed pesticides of omethoate and triadimefon were studied. The results showed that the determination of active ingredients of Omethoate after brominated oxidation and indirect iodometric method was an effective, reliable and simple analytical method after the samples were separated by thin layer method with suitable developing solvent. The method has good precision, s = 0.083, RSD = 0.31%. The recovery of omethoate was 98.93% ~ 100.14%.
