利用中国干细胞研究机构的合著论文数据,分析了科研机构在国际合作网络和国内合作网络中的位置嵌入、关系嵌入和结构嵌入对论文发表数和论文被引频次为代表的科研产出的影响。结果显示,科研机构在国际合作网络中占据中心位置对科研产出质量有正向影响,在国内合作网络中占据中心位置则对提高科研产出的数量与质量都有利;在国际和国内合作中,加强与合作伙伴的关系都能够促进科研产出,并且加强与国内合作伙伴的关系更有效;在国际合作网络中,占据结构洞位置能够显著提高科研产出,但在国内合作网络中,占据结构洞位置没有明显的优势。研究认为,科研机构应提高国际合作网络的开放性,加强国内合作关系,发挥内外两方面优势,进而提升科研产出。
Based on the data of co-authored essay of Chinese Stem Cell Research Institute, this paper analyzes the impact of research institutes’ position embedding, relational embedding and structure embedding on the number of papers published and the output of scientific research represented by cited citations in international cooperation networks and domestic cooperation networks . The results show that the scientific research institutes occupying the central position in the international cooperation network have a positive impact on the quality of output of scientific research. Taking the central position in the domestic cooperation network is beneficial to both the quantity and the quality of scientific research output. In international and domestic cooperation . Strengthening the relationship with partners can promote the output of scientific research and strengthen the relationship with domestic partners. In the international cooperation network, occupying the position of structural holes can significantly increase the output of scientific research. However, in the domestic cooperation network, occupying Structural hole location no obvious advantage. According to the research, the research institutes should increase the openness of the international cooperation network, strengthen the domestic cooperation and give full play to both internal and external advantages so as to enhance the output of scientific research.
