走上音乐讲台15年了,算算从校级到镇级到县市级考核课、优质课、展示课的历练已不在少数。09年高级职称评下来后,很多同事更是笑言我已“功德圆满”。(其实,在大部分主课老师眼里音乐课是只要拿个录音机给学生放放歌,随便怎样都能上的课。而我们音乐教师却有这样的感触,一堂无具体内容安排或是吊不起学生“胃口”的音乐课恐怕连正常的课堂秩序都无法维持。)这一年初次接触九年级教材,新教师结对很荣幸我成了师父,面对着每星期一节的与新教师互听课学习和校领导的
