采用单因素试验设计方法,以筒形件错距旋压关键工艺参数:减薄率、进给比、径向错距为试验变量,以基于最小二乘法评定的旋压后工件外表面圆度误差为评价指标,获得了各工艺参数对旋后工件圆度误差的影响规律。结果表明:当减薄率为25%~35%时,其值的变化对旋压件的圆度误差影响不大;当减薄率超过35%时,旋压件的圆度误差随减薄率的增大而增大;随着进给比的增加,旋压件的圆度误差先减小后增大;适当减小旋轮径向错距,即增加首轮的壁厚减薄量,有利于减小旋压件的圆度误差。
