三氧化二砷(As_2O_3)抗肿瘤作用明显,能够明显诱导多种肿瘤细胞的凋亡,其作用与丝裂素活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)通路密切相关。通过概述MAPK通路的3条途径(细胞外信号调节激酶、P38蛋白激酶和c-Jun N-末端激酶)在As_2O_3诱导胃癌、肺癌、骨髓癌、白血病等肿瘤细胞凋亡中的重要作用,为肿瘤细胞凋亡机制的研究及为恶性肿瘤的治疗提供重要的理论和实验基础。
Arsenic trioxide (As_2O_3) has obvious anti-tumor effect, can obviously induce apoptosis of many kinds of tumor cells, and its function is closely related to the pathway of mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK).
