在我国的高职院校发展中,提高高职院校教师的实践能力是当前实现高职院校教育培养目标的关键。目前我国高职院校教师实践能力缺失的原因可以分为主观原因和客观原因两部分,其中主观原因是由于我国的高职院校在长期的发展中,始终没有关注到教师实践能力的培养。使得教师实践能力的主观能动性不足。而客观原因主要是当前利用多媒体技术的教师非常少,教师缺乏实践学习的机会,整个实践能力还没有被真正的纳入到高校的考核体系当中。我们针对上述问题,提出了提升高职院校教师提升自身实践能力的相关策略,并提出进一步完善高职院校教师实践能力培养的有效措施。
In the development of higher vocational colleges in our country, improving the practical ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges is the key to achieve the goal of education in higher vocational colleges. At present, the reasons for the lack of practical ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges in our country can be divided into subjective and objective reasons. The subjective reason is that the higher vocational colleges in our country have never paid attention to the cultivation of their practical abilities in the long-term development. Making the subjective initiative of teachers’ practical ability is insufficient. The objective reasons are mainly the current use of multimedia technology teachers is very small, lack of practical learning opportunities for teachers, the entire practical ability has not been really included in the assessment system of colleges and universities. In view of the above problems, we put forward some strategies to improve the practical ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges and put forward some effective measures to further improve the practical ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
