目的:了解泪液中免疫球蛋白与角膜移植排斥反应的关系。方法:应用放射免疫法测定33例发生角膜排斥反应者泪液IgG、sIgA含量,应用单向琼脂扩散法测定IgM、补体C3含量。结果:角膜移植排斥反应发生时泪液IgG含量升高。结论:体液免疫参与角膜移植排斥反应,眼局部抗体IgG起重要作用
Objective: To understand the relationship between immunoglobulin in tear fluid and rejection of corneal allograft. Methods: Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the contents of IgG and sIgA in tear of corneal allograft in 33 patients. The content of IgM and complement C3 was determined by unidirectional agar diffusion method. Results: There was an increase in tear IgG levels when corneal graft rejection occurred. Conclusion: Humoral immunity is involved in the rejection of corneal allografts and the local antibody IgG plays an important role
