稳压二极管在无线电及工业上用途广泛,但由于其体积小,型号及参数难以标在管体上,给使用者带来不便。现介绍一种能准确测量稳压二极管稳压值而又十分简易的方法(图1):测量稳压值在15V以下的稳压管,可用二只9V的电池,用封口胶布将其粘在一起。留出四个输出端。将两只电池的各一只输出端(一只正一只负)用一个4.5k至5k的电阻连接起来,另外的两只输出端即可用于测试。测试方法:将万用表调至25V直流电压挡。两表笔分别接于电池的测试端。万用表即显示出两电池的串联电压(18)。将待测稳压管的正负极分别接触到表笔正负极上。万用表所显示的电压则为稳压管
Zener diodes are widely used in radio and industrial applications. However, due to their small size, models and parameters are difficult to mark on the tube, inconvenience to users. Now introduce a method that can accurately measure the value of the Zener diode but very simple (Figure 1): The Zener can measure the voltage below 15V and use two 9V batteries, together. Set aside four outputs. Connect one output of each of the two batteries (one positive and one negative) with a 4.5k to 5k resistor and the other two outputs for testing. Test Method: The multimeter transferred to 25V DC voltage block. Two test leads were connected to the battery test side. The multimeter shows the series voltage of the two batteries (18). The positive and negative electrodes of the tube under test will be exposed to the positive and negative electrodes of the test leads respectively.
