利用“蘸笔”纳米刻蚀技术(DPN)可在金、硅和氧化硅等较硬的固相衬底表面上制作不同的纳米级图案。但是,在柔软的物体表面如生物大分子上直接制作纳米图形是尚需开拓的研究领域。本文发展的动态组合模式“蘸笔”纳米刻蚀技术(CDDPN)可实现在生物大分子上直接制怍纳米图形,并且能达到在拉直的单个DNA分子上制造纳米图形的目的。
Using a “dip pen” nano-etching technique (DPN), different nanoscale patterns can be fabricated on harder solid-phase substrate surfaces such as gold, silicon and silicon oxide. However, the direct fabrication of nano-patterns on soft surfaces, such as biological macromolecules, remains to be explored. The dynamic combination mode “dip pen” Nano-etching (CDDPN) developed in this paper can achieve the direct fabrication of nano-patterns on biological macromolecules and the fabrication of nano-patterns on straightened single DNA molecules.
