中国的戏曲艺术像一个大家族,这个家族中包含了各种各样的曲种,包罗万象。例如昆曲是至今为止发展最完全优雅的古典艺术的代表,京剧古典中带有一定的民间性。其他地方戏虽然情况复杂但更加灵活地反映了当地人民在历史的洗礼中积淀下来的文化精髓。无论哪一种戏曲在现代社会都有生存和发展的权利。戏曲是中国古典艺术的典型性代表,经历中国五千年的历史,在每一个时代都融合了时代的特色。在这种不断的推陈出新和时代变革中传承至今。戏曲编剧是戏曲的创造者,在戏曲作品创作过程中需要与时俱进,抓住时代的灵魂才能创作出符合这个时代价值观的优秀戏曲作品。如何做,这是目前戏曲编剧共同面对的一个问题。
