目的 :探讨氯离子通道ClC 2和ClC 3蛋白与鼻息肉形成的可能关系。方法 :采用免疫组化SABC法检测 2 7例慢性鼻窦炎患者鼻息肉组织中两种氯离子通道ClC 2、ClC 3蛋白的表达情况。结果 :正常鼻黏膜未见ClC 2和ClC 3蛋白的表达 ,鼻息肉组织中ClC 2、ClC 3阳性细胞主要位于黏膜上皮细胞、杯状细胞和黏膜下浆液性腺体 ,ClC 2和ClC 3在鼻息肉组织中阳性细胞表达数分别为 (17.6± 6 .33)个和 (2 3.4 9± 6 .14)个 ,二者表达差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :氯离子通道蛋白ClC 2、ClC 3在鼻息肉的发病过程中具有一定作用。
Objective: To investigate the possible relationship between ClC 2 and ClC 3 proteins and the formation of nasal polyps. Methods: Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect the expressions of ClC 2 and ClC 3 proteins in nasal polyps from 27 chronic sinusitis patients. Results: The expressions of ClC 2 and ClC 3 proteins were not found in normal nasal mucosa. ClC 2 and ClC 3 positive cells in nasal polyps mainly located in mucosal epithelial cells, goblet cells and submucosal serous glands. ClC 2 and ClC 3 in The number of positive cells in nasal polyps was (17.6 ± 6. 33) and (2 3.4 9 ± 6. 14), respectively, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Chloride channel proteins ClC 2 and ClC 3 play a role in the pathogenesis of nasal polyps.
