长期以来,发电企业已经形成了自成体系的安全生产管理系统,主要是依据《安全生产工作规定》,《电业安全工作规程》,以及根据自身特点制定的企业三大标准(即管理标准、技术标准和工作标准)进行管理,制定并实施了一整套与生产较为适应的各项规章制度。这些标准、制度具有较强的针对性,为发电企业安全生产作出了巨大贡献。但是,许多发电企业已经不满足于这些标准、制度,为了与国际接轨或提升管理水平,纷纷引进和推进了ISO(即:ISO9001、ISO14001、OHSAS18001)标准体系、NOSA标准体系、电力企业安全性评价、电力安全生产标准化等标准体系。对企业来说,为了达到管理的有效性,应该在原有管理的基础上整合好一套适合本企业发展的综合管理体系,切不可多头管理。各标准体系作用分析比较
