目的 :考察大蒜注射剂内毒素的鲎试剂检查法。方法 :通过增强 /抑制试验 ,经过最大有效稀释后 ,可消除大蒜注射剂对鲎试剂的干扰。结果 :大蒜注射剂经过 2 0倍稀释后 ,可选用灵敏度为 0 .1 2 5Eu/ml的鲎试剂对其进行内毒素检测 ,并用家兔热原检查法进行对照试验 ,结果一致。结论 :大蒜注射剂的热原试验可以由内毒素检查法取代 Objective: To investigate the garlic injection of endotoxin 鲎 reagent test method. Method: Through the enhancement / inhibition test, after the maximum effective dilution, the garlic injection can eliminate the interference of the 鲎 reagent. Results: After the 20-fold dilution of garlic injection, the endotoxin could be detected by limulus reagent with sensitivity of 0.125Eu / ml and the control experiment was carried out by the pyrogen test of rabbits.
