镀铁技术作为一种修复和强化手段,由于其具有镀厚能力强、工艺简单、生产成本低、应用范围广、环境污染小等特点,受到了国内外许多修复行业的重视,并取得了很好的经济效益和社会效益。 目前,我国镀铁工艺已由高温有刻蚀镀铁发展到低温无刻蚀镀铁工艺。应用最多的是各种汽车发动机曲轴、电机轴、矿山液压支柱等。但低温镀铁存在着耐蚀性差、热稳定性低等不足之处,笔者对此采用在原有镀铁电解液中引入镍离子的方法,即达到修复的目的,又可改进镀铁层的性能。
