针对DHCR和DR(direct hot charging rolling and direct rolling)工艺的特点,提出了一种包括批量计划层、作业调度层和动态调度层的DHCR和DR一体化计划调度三层体系结构。批量计划层包括合同计划优化模块和一体化批量计划优化模块,作业调度层包括作业调度优化模块,动态调度层包括基于规则的动态调度主控模块和实时控制器。分析了各层的结构、功能、特点和若干设计指导思想。按照该体系结构开发了武钢二热轧DHCR生产管理系统,生产计划的75%可实现直装轧制(平均装炉温度在700℃以上),加热炉产能提高了30%,同时减少了计划编制和调度所需要的时间。实际应用结果表明,该体系结构是行之有效的。
In view of the characteristics of DHCR and DR (direct hot charging rolling and direct rolling) process, a DHCR and DR integrated plan scheduling three-tier architecture including batch planning, job scheduling and dynamic scheduling is proposed. The batch planning layer includes a contract planning optimization module and an integrated batch planning optimization module. The job scheduling layer includes a job scheduling optimization module. The dynamic scheduling layer includes a rule-based dynamic scheduling master module and a real-time controller. The structure, function, characteristics and some design guidelines of each layer are analyzed. In accordance with the architecture, a hot rolled DHCR production management system has been developed for WISCO No.2 hot rolling mill. 75% of the production plan enables direct rolling (the average loading temperature is above 700 ℃), the furnace capacity is increased by 30%, and the planning is reduced And scheduling the time required. The practical application shows that the architecture is effective.
