目的:探讨新生儿眼部筛查在儿童眼保健中的重要性。方法:通过对光刺激反应、外眼检查、红光反射以及眼底检查对662例自2007年3月~2008年5月在我院出生的新生儿进行眼病筛查,初筛通过者进入正常的儿童保健体检程序,未通过筛查,确诊有眼病的新生儿及时对其进行干预或治疗,对可疑病例进行复查,并根据情况转诊治疗。结果:筛查的662例新生儿中,眼部初筛正常的562例(84.9%),未能通过初筛的100例,眼病检出率15.1%,4例复查未通过,2例ROP疑发展至3期,均建议其转诊治疗。结论:早期对新生儿进行眼部筛查,能够及时发现可能影响儿童眼觉发育和危及生命的眼病,以便干预和治疗。筛查无须高难的技术和昂贵的仪器,有利于各级医院的开展。
Objective: To investigate the importance of neonatal eye screening in children’s eye care. Methods: 662 neonates born in our hospital from March 2007 to May 2008 were screened for ophthalmopathy by light stimulation reaction, external eye examination, red light reflection and fundus examination. Child health checkup procedures, did not pass screening, diagnosed with eye disease in newborns timely intervention or treatment, the suspicious cases were reviewed and referral treatment. Results: Of the 662 newborns screened, 562 (84.9%) had normal eyes, 100 failed to pass the first screening, 15.1% of the eye diseases, 4 failed to pass the examination, and 2 were suspected of ROP Development to 3, are recommended referral treatment. CONCLUSIONS: Early screening of newborns for ophthalmology can promptly detect eye diseases that may affect children’s ocular development and life-threatening conditions for intervention and treatment. Screening without the harsh technology and expensive equipment, is conducive to the development of hospitals at all levels.
